Rickey Donnell Brown died Saturday, May 24, 2014, at River Region Medical Center. He was 45.

He was a former sales associate with Walmart, and was a member of Mount Buria M. B. Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Josephine Jackson Brown Sr., and his brother Jessie James Brown.

He is survived by three daughters, Tichina Brown, Aaliyah Brown and Diamond Moore all of Cary; two brothers, Bobby Brown of Cary and Freddy Brown Jr. of Owen City, Iowa; three sisters, Rosie Dorsey, Doris Williamson and Felecia Brown, all of Cary; three grandchildren; and nieces, nephews cousins and other relatives and friends.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Mount Zion M. B. Church of Cary with the Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Cary Community Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
