Wilbur Frank Ruhl of Vicksburg died Saturday, July 12, 2014, at his home. He was 71.
He served in the U.S. Army, was a retired employee of the Waterways Experiment Station, and a member of the Moose Lodge of Vicksburg.
Survivors include his wife, Sun Ae Ruhl of Vicksburg, and two sons.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Brumfield and the Rev. Songun Kim officiating.
Visitation will be from 10  to 10:50 a.m. at the church.
