In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Benjamin Brewer, 33, 1105 Freetown Road, was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to three years in prison, followed by five years’ probation, a $2,000 fine and $769 in costs. Brewer, who was indicted in January, pleaded guilty in June to two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

• Kenneth Alvin Downs, 50, 1315 Boy Scout Road,  pleaded guilty to sale of oxycodone and sale of methamphetamine and was sentenced by Chaney to eight years in prison followed by six years’ probation, a $2,480 fine, $1,520 restitution and $1,569 in costs. Downs was indicted in October

• Ronald Deshaun Green, 22, 1521 Oak St., pleaded guilty to burglary of an outbuilding and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to one year in prison followed by four years’ probation, a $1,000 fine $450 restitution and $584.50 in costs. Green was indicted in May.

• Moyati Ledall Isaac Killian, 27, 101 Riviera Blvd., pleaded guilty to false pretense and was sentenced by Chaney to seven years in prison followed by three years’ probation, a $3,000 fine $750 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Killian was indicted in April 2013.

• Justin Michael Stokes, 27, 1790 Fisher Ferry Road, pleaded guilty to larceny of a motor vehicle valued at $2,500 and was sentenced by Chaney to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a $2,000 fine and $1,309.50 in costs.  Stokes pleaded to a criminal information dated Feb. 15.

• Wayne Walker, 54, 210 Winters Lane, pleaded guilty to possession of 0.1 grams of cocaine and was sentenced by Chaney to Ninth Circuit Drug Court for a period not to exceed five years, a $2,000 fine and $1,634.50 in costs. Walker was indicted in April 2013.
