CARY — James H. Moore Jr. died Monday, Sept. 29, 2014, at Trevecca Nursing Home in Nashville, Tenn. He was 46.

Survivors include his mother, Rosie M. Moore of Cary; wife, Lynne Moore of Nashville; two sons, James H. Moore III and Semaj Moore, both of Nashville; a brother, Charlie Savannah III of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; five sisters, Patricia Copeland and Virginia Campbell, both of Murfreesboro, Teresa Williams of Atlanta, and Sadie Hall and Tracy Brown, both of Cary; and grandmothers, Laura Windom of Greenville and Sadie Savannah of Cary.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, at Mount Zion M.B. Church in Cary with Pastor Charlie Savannah III officiating. Burial will follow in Cary Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell L. Walker Funeral Home.

Visitation is today from 5 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
