Marjorie “Margie” “Red” Marie Williams died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014, at Baxter County Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Ark. She was 73.

Mrs. Williams was born Oct. 24, 1940, in Iowa to the late Edwin O. Butler and Betty Rhoades Guidrey, and was a Hermanville resident for more than 50 years.

Her siblings were Larry, Bill, Edwin, Joseph, Phillip and Bonnie.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Shannon Williams, Sherman Williams, Herbert Douglas Williams Jr. and Dwayne Williams; and her husband, Herbert Williams Sr.

Survivors include a son, Shan Ray Williams; two daughters, Kimberly Lela Childress and Dena Marie Stever; 15 grandsons; nine granddaughters; 12 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014, at Glenwood Funeral Home in Port Gibson with Pastor R.D. Childress officiating. Burial will follow at Hermanville Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Marion Williams, Zack Williams, Herbert Williams III, Preston Williams, Jarrod Williams and Shannon Williams.

Honorary pallbearers are Dylan Williams, Ronnie Nelson and J.J. Bearden.
