Jimmy Bruce died Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at River Region Medical Center. He was 66.

Mr. Bruce was born in Jackson and lived in Vicksburg all of his life. He was an electrician.

He is preceded in death by his father, John C. Bruce; his mother, Hannah Bruce; and his sister, Pamela Keen.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda K. Bruce of Vicksburg; daughters, Wendy Moore of Clinton and Pam Bruce of Vicksburg; sons, Jimmy Bruce of Brandon and Michael Bruce of Vicksburg; sister, Carline Tucker of Texas; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014, at Mann Cemetery in Warren County with the Rev. Gene Jacks officiating and under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11a.m. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Michael Bruce, Mark Presley, Scott Tucker, Sam Jones

and Tim Tucker.  Honorary pallbearers will be Sohn Sibley, Billy Carl Sibley Jr., James Abney, Jim Pettway and D. J. Weeks.
