Tommie L. Williams Sr. of Vicksburg died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, at River Region Medical Center. He was 88.
He was a licensed and bonded plumber and was the founder and CEO of We Care Community Center. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Holly Grove M. B. Church.
W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
