CINCINNATI —Bishop Danny Calvin Williams died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. He was 52.

He was born Oct. 6, 1952 in Vicksburg, and was a retired manager for Valvoline.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert Sr. and Inette “Cluchie” Williams; and two sisters, Alice Blackmore Williams and Ida Mae McNeil.

Survivors include his wife, Andrea Kennedy Williams; daughters, Shanta Williams Chase, Toni Williams, Tianna Kennedy Williams and Joy Naomi Williams; two sons, Isiah Williams and Danny Williams Jr.; three sisters, Shirley Mays Thomas of Vicksburg, Carolyn Williams Clark of Jackson and Inetta Williams Smith of Cincinnati; two brothers, the Rev. Elbert Williams Jr. and Anthony Williams, both of Cincinnati; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at Walker’s Funeral Home in Cincinnati.
