Alberta Walker Davidson

PORT GIBSON — Alberta Walker Davidson of Port Gibson died Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at River Region Medical Center. She was 55.

She was born Oct. 31, 1959, in Claiborne County and was a member of First Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John D. Walker Sr. and Pinkey A. Anderson-Walker; and a brother, Lawrence Walker.

Survivors include five brothers, Robert Anderson of Port Gibson, John Walker and Richard Walker, both of Minneapolis, Crockett Walker of Lansing, Mich., and George Walker Sr. of Kansas City, Mo.; three sisters, Hazel Walker of Port Gibson, Pinkey McBride of Madison, Ala., and Charity Walker of Raleigh, N.C.; four uncles; four aunts; and other relatives and friends.

Services are Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at First Seventh-day Adventist Church with Elder Johnny Watt officiating. Burial will be at Fellowship Cemetery in Port Gibson under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home of Port Gibson.

Visitation is today from 1 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
