Services for Lucy M. Green will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015, at Greater Mount Lebanon M. B. Church with the Rev. James Warren officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation is today from 5 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Green died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015, at River Region Medical Center. She was 64. She was a homemaker and a member of the Greater Mount Lebanon M. B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roosevelt and Marie Peaches Harris Sr.; her brothers, Samuel Harris and Roosevelt Harris Jr.; and her sister, Nellie Hicks.

Survivors include by her son, Kenneth Green of Atlanta; daughter, Tanjala Green of Vicksburg; brother, Edward Harris of Jackson; four sisters, Shirley Harris of Atlanta, Geraldine Johnston of Long Beach, Calif., Brenda Richardson of Henderson, Nev., and Helen Waites of Duncanville, Ill.; five grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
