Dee Cotton

Dee Cotton died Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at his residence. He was 57.

 

Born in Vicksburg, he was the son of the late Dwain Cotton and Ellen Carter Cotton.

He was a graduate of Warren Central High School in the class of 1975 and received his associate’s degree at Hinds Junior College. At the time of his death he was owner and manager of The Print Shop.

 

Dee was a family man who liked to hunt and be with his friends. He was of the Baptist faith.

 

He is survived by his wife, Michelle Cotton; one son, Hunter Busby; two daughters, Allyson Smith and Rachel Redmon; one granddaughter, Marlee Redmon; and sister, Carrie C. Hodges (Max A Hodges Jr.) of Indianola; nieces and nephews.

 

Services will be noon Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Riles Funeral Home with the Rev. Bernard Luckett officiating.

 

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Thursday until the hour of service.

 

Memorials may be made to favorite charities.

 

Pallbearers will be Billy White, Donny Taylor, Jeff Forbes, Greg Parks, Doyal Lee, and Troyce Gullett.
