Other jobs being sought by the casino include cooks, food and beverage staff, hotel staff and various administrative positions. Past fairs to attract new hires have drawn up to 150 to the casino, which is Vicksburg’s largest. The casino employed 727 people, including hotel workers, according to the Mississippi Gaming Commission data through Dec. 31, 2014.
