Elizabeth “Betty” Price Ewell died March 31, 2015, at Baptist Medical Center.

A Funeral Service of the Resurrection is today, April 2, 2015 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Tom Lalor will be officiating. Burial is at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home.

Visitation will preceed the service beginning at 1 p.m.

Mrs. Ewell was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Bill Ewell.

Survivors include her two daughters, Hazel Randall of Starkville Burnie Ratcliff of St. Joseph, La.; and six grandchildren.

Pall bearers are her four grandsons and son-in-law Warren Ratcliff and Pat Lee Parker.

Mrs. Ewell enjoyed gardening, cooking and entertaining family and friends, and was a member of the St. Paul’s Altar Society.

The family requests memorials be made to St. Paul Catholic Church or the St Paul Altar Society, 713 Crawford Street, Vicksburg, MS 39180, or the American Cancer Society.
