Funeral services for Patricia Ann Smith-Chocolate will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April l1, 2015, at Faith Christian Center at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Ollie Hardaway officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Chocolate died Monday, April 6, 2015, at her home. She was 64.

She was a member of Faith Christian Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Dolly Mae Howard Smith; husband, Henry Chocolate Jr.; brother, Michael Smith; sisters, Margaret Bland and Marilyn Smith. maternal grandparents, Lucious and Ethel White Howard; and paternal grandparents, David Smith and Belzonia Randolph Rayford.

Survivors include her son, Brian B. Chocolate of Vicksburg; daughters, Shonna Chocolate-Cooper, Tiffany Chocolate and Ann Chocolate, all of Vicksburg; brother, Wesley Smith Jr. of Vicksburg; sisters, Kay Francis Doyle and Utopia Brown both of Vicksburg; five grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends and relatives.
