Abigail Jayde Eslinger died peacefully in her sleep April 28, 2015. She was 10.

Abigail was the daughter of Yolanda Mendoza Eslinger and Owen John Eslinger. She was a student at Beechwood Elementary School.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by three brothers, Owen Eslinger II, Jose’ Eslinger and Juan Eslinger; one sister, Isabela Eslinger; her maternal grandparents, Jose’ A. Mendoza and Maria Mendoza; and paternal grandparents; Mark Eslinger and Diane Hime.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Hawkins United Methodist Church with the Rev. Susannah Carr, pastor, officiating.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.
