HAZELHURST — Julia Ann Goza Wiggins, 65, of Pattison, passed away at her home on June 7, 2015.

Julia was a lifetime resident of the McBride community in Jefferson County. She was a member of the Blue Hill Methodist Church.

She attended school in Red Lick as well as Fayette and was a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez. She worked at Allied Chemical, Mississippi Southern Bank in Port Gibson and Jefferson County Bank in Fayette. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, step-grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jimmy; her daughters, Jennifer Walters (Mac) of Lorman; Jaclyn Grice Walters (Rob) of Petal; grandchildren, Liam and Lauren Walters, Joseph and Anna Grice; step-grandchildren Chase, Alex and Emily Walters; step-great-grandchild Caiden Walters; her mother, Edna Earline Hynum Goza; her sister, Ruthie Goza Smith (James) of Olive Branch; nephew, Jim Smith (Melissa) of Germantown, Tenn.; and niece, Kim Smith McCaskill (Seth) of Cordova, Tenn.

Julia was preceded in death by her father Joseph Benjamin “Benny” Goza.

Visitation and Funeral was Thursday, June 11, 2015, at Stringer Funeral Home in Hazlehurst from noon to 2 p.m.
