Vicksburg police have two men in custody and are searching for the 69-year-old Vicksburg woman the two men reportedly said they dropped off in Sharkey County after breaking into her house on Drummond Street and abducting her late Saturday night.

Vicksburg police Capt. Sandra Williams said the investigation into the woman’s disappearance began when dispatchers received a call from Leland Police Department in Washington County after officers there found the woman’s car abandoned on a roadside.
