Wilburn Alvin Brooks Jr. died Wednesday July 1, 2015, at his home. He was 58.

Mr. Brooks was born in Kansas and lived most of his life in Vicksburg.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Vernie Moore; and his brothers, Vernon Nettles and Mack Moore.

Survivors include his four brothers, Bill Moore of Thompson, Ohio, Jeff Moore of Pacifica, Calif., Andy Brooks of Laurels and Steven Moore of Vicksburg; two sisters, Sue Evans and Jackie Hewitt, both of Vicksburg; and nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Services are 11 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2015, at Glenwood Funeral Home.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.
