WEST MONROE, La. — Myrtle Robinson died Thursday, July 20, 2015, in Monroe, La. She was 89.

She was a homemaker and the mother of 13 children. She was the aunt of Valesia Rawlings, a former teacher in the Vicksburg Warren School System.

Survivors include 34 grandchildren; and 45 great-grandchildren.

Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at St. Joseph Missionary Baptist Church in West Monroe. Burial will be at Richwood Memorial Gardens.
