Lezlie Ann Whitehead, 15, of Benton passed away Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015, from injuries received in an auto accident.

A student at Benton Academy she was a member of Parkview Church of God.

Survivors are her father, Kyle and Natalie Whitehead of Benton; mother, Carrie Whitehead of Vicksburg; paternal grandmother, Bertha Kamarainen of Vicksburg; maternal grandparents, Robert and Marie Holdiness of Vicksburg; brother, Zachary Holdiness, of Vicksburg; cousins, Will and Luke Worthy of Vicksburg; aunt and uncle, Michael and Katria Morris of Toledo, Ohio; and maternal grandparents, Roger and Terry Vandevere of Yazoo City.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday Nov. 13, 2015, at Parkview Church of God on Highway 16, Yazoo City, with the Rev. Charles Moore and the Rev. Ken Lynch officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the girl’s softball team at Benton Academy.
