Betty J. Rigby Giles and Edward S. Giles of Roswell, Ga. announce the engagement of their daughter Brittany A. Giles to Christopher R. Huckle. He is the son of Brenda R. Huckle and Reid S. Huckle of Ocean Springs.

Miss Giles is the granddaughter of the late Alice S. Rigby and the late Wilbur A. Rigby of Vicksburg and Anne M. Giles and the late Edward S. Giles of Signal Mountain, Tenn.

Dr. Huckle is the grandson of Sharon D. Campbell and Gerald W. Campbell of Hot Springs, S.D. and the late Marilyn G. Huckle and the late George T. Huckle of Boynton Beach, Fla.

The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Roswell High School. She graduated from Berry College where she majored in biology and minored in chemistry. She plans to attend graduate school to receive a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

The groom-elect is a 2007 graduate of Ocean Springs High School. He graduated from Huntingdon College where he majored in cell biology and minored in chemistry. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and he is working on his residency at Houston Healthcare in Warner Robins, Ga.

The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at First Presbyterian Church in Vicksburg. A reception at Duff Green Mansion will immediately follow. Friends and relatives of the Rigby family are welcome to attend.
