Barbara “Bobbye” Brown Stigall

ANGUILLA — Barbara “Bobbye” Brown Stigall went to be with the Lord Saturday, Jan. 2, 2016.
Bobbye was born on May 8, 1941, to Raymond Brown and Gertrude Stevens Brown in Anguilla, i where she lived most of her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She was the bookkeeper at Sharkey-Issaquena Academy for a number of years and was a retired florist. She loved spending time with her family and working in her yard. She was a life-long member of the Anguilla United Methodist Church.
Bobbye is survived by her husband of 44 years, Robert Stigall of Anguilla.
She also leaves behind two sons, Robert E. “Rob” Stigall Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Scott and Raymond R. “Rad” Stigall and his wife Becky of Anguilla; five grandchildren, Garrett, Peyton, Tristian, Keleigh Jo, and Owen Stigall; one brother J.M. Brown of Anguilla; her special caregiver, Florine Bolden; and nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, with services on Tuesday at 11a.m. at the Anguilla United Methodist Church with interment at Golden Link Cemetery. Pallbearers are Seth Brown, Gus Eifling, Bob Hodnett, Tom Price, Charles Rochelle, Steve Rochelle, Russ Stigall, and Thomas Stigall.
