UTICA — Patsy Carolyn Wright of Utica died at her home Jan. 23, 2016. She was 75.

She was a lifelong resident of Utica, and was a retired bookkeeper for Hinds County Co-op and Johnson Milling. She was a member of Utica Christian Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin Wright and M. Olivia Wright; a half-brother, Douglas F. Wright; and a half-sister, Louise W. Appel.

Survivors include her brother, Michael Wright of Utica; and a half-sister, Estelle W. Bales of Kingsport, Tenn.

Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, at Utica Christian Church, with the Revs. Brad Hertzog and John Shearer officiating. Burial will be at Utica Cemetery under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until the hour of service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Bob Lee Currie, Lowell Mims, Ed Parks, Jerry Lewis, Lee Herren and Bo Strong. Honorary pallbearers will be R.C. Mobley, Dan Currie, W.T. Rayborn and Keith Rayborn.
