Ebonie N. Smith died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, at her residence. She was 29.

Ms. Smith was a faithful member of Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Vicksburg and a 2005 graduate of Vicksburg High School.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harry James Smith; her brother, Herman Robert Johnson; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walker Reynolds and Mr. and Mrs. James Smith of Vicksburg.

Survivors include her mother, Patricia D. Smith of Vicksburg; one sister, Nakedria Wilson of Vicksburg; two brothers, Marvin Johnson of Madison and Sherman Johnson of Vicksburg; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other relatives including the Reynolds, Smith, Johnson, Baker, Hill, McDaniels and Hatchett families.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, at Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, from 1 until 6 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.
