Mary Helen Winans

Mary Helen Winans died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, at her home.

She was 62.

A former resident of Canton, she had lived in Vicksburg since 1982. She was formerly employed as a supervisor at the Cracker Barrel restaurant and the Warren County School System.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Vicksburg.

Survivors include her husband Richard of Vicksburg; three sons, B.J. Winans of California, Gregory Michael Winans of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Justin Richard Winans of Vicksburg; three sisters, Peggy Smith of Jackson, Marie Thomas of Madison and Judy Park of Hattiesburg; three brothers, Edward Kuhn of Pelahatchie, Billy Kuhn of Florence, Ala., and Joe Kuhn of Madison; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016, at Fellowship Christian Assembly in Canton with Rev. Danny Berry officiating.

Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. until the hour of the service at the church. Burial will follow at Canton Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Billy Wayne Kuhn, Flynn Cross, Andy Kuhn, Ken Kuhn, Thomas Mitchell and Raymond Goolsby.
