Johnny Floyd Cotton Jr.

Johnny Floyd Cotton Jr., died Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.  He was 31.

Johnny was born in Vicksburg and was a graduate of Vicksburg High School. He was employed by DiamondJacks Casino at the time of his death. He was an avid sportsman with a love of fishing and hunting, and was a member of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his father, Johnny Floyd Cotton Sr.; his sister, Ann Dixon (Roger); his niece, Madison Dixon; and his nephew, Mason Dixon.

He is also survived by three uncles, David Cotton (Beverly), Nolan Cotton (Lynn) and Albert Jordan Jr. (Mary).

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Cotton.

Visitation will be at Riles Funeral Home, Wednesday, March 2, 2016, from 10 a.m. to noon.
