Millicent Merideth died Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center.  She was 62.

Mrs. Merideth was born in Vicksburg to the late Robert L. and Elizabeth Carol Hampton.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Merideth; her children, Christopher Merideth (Lacey Hope Israel) of Bedford, Texas,  Michael Scott Merideth (Crystal) of Benton, Ark., and Angelique Dawn Newell (Joseph) of Vicksburg; sisters, Janie Cockrell and Sandra Vickers, both of Vicksburg;  and eight grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Smith.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2016, at Riles Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Rev. Ron Burch, officiating.

Pallbearers will be Kimberly Leist, Jason Allen, William Smith, Sando Newell, Shane Gray, and Robert Smith.
