ursday for the June 14 burglary of a car at the Lady Luck Casino in which a weapon was stolen, Vicksburg Police Capt. Sandra Williams said.

Marcus Shay, 34, of Clinton, and Jasmine Addison, 24, of Cleveland, were arrested at about 2 p.m. Thursday after they returned to the casino. They were being held at the Issaquena County Correctional Facility without bail pending an initial appearance.
