FARMERVILLE, La. — Eddie L. Monsour of Meridian, passed away peacefully in her sleep July 29, 2016, at the age of 86.
Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Eddie was born in Darbonne, La., February 11, 1930.
Eddie was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
She will be truly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her sons, Ronnie Monsour and wife Wendy of Vicksburg, Freddy Monsour and wife Donna of Brandon, and David Monsour and wife Darlene of Meridian; her grandchildren, Sheri Wescott and husband Toby of Vicksburg, Jamie Hall and husband Justin of Potts Camp, Chris Monsour and wife Katie of Madison, Kristin Monsour of Madison, and Kayla Monsour of Meridian; her great-grandchildren, Kayden Wescott, Kelli Wescott and Elizabeth Hall; her sister, Winona Rinesmith and husband Paul of Lakeland, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Monsour; parents, Lazarus Joiner and Jodie Shaw Joiner; and sisters, Celestine Adkins, Linda Risinger and Betty Jones.
She worked for many years as a cashier at Bonanza Restaurant until it closed.
She also enjoyed catering with Annie Abraham at various functions over the years.
She attended First Christian Church in Meridian.
When she was able to go, she enjoyed playing bingo at the Senior Citizen Center.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 31, 2016, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Monday, Aug. 1, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery in Farmerville, La.
