CHICAGO — John Henry Cosby was born Feb. 13, 1942, in Cedars, and passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 16, 2016, in Chicago. He was 74 years old.

John attended Saint Mary’s school and Rosa A. Temple H.S., where he graduated in 1961.
