Funeral services for Jerome Rashad Rankin will be Saturday, Aug. 13, in the House of Peace Worship Church at 11 a.m. with the pastor Linda Sweezer officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery. There will be a visitation hour from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12 in the chapel.

Rankin died Sunday, Aug. 7 in the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He was 22.
