Sarah Lee Nichols Pinkney died Sept. 9, 2016, at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, N.Y.  She was 100.

Services will be noon Friday, Sept. 23, 2016, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Rhagi White officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.
