Willa Dean Smith, age 79, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, at Glenwood Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Phoenix.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
