PALATINE, ILL. — Nailer May Goodrum Powers, age 91, of Palatine, Ill., died Jan. 2, 20l7.

She was the daughter of Ridgely Gordon Goodrum and May Roach Goodrum.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Powers, and her sister, Katesie Ann Johnson.

Survivors include her daughters, Sue Higgins of Cary, Ill. and Mary Cole of Everett, Wash.; her sister, Ridgely Bayley of Woodstock, Ga.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in Palatine on Jan. 14, 2017.
