Funeral services for Ebonie Shamel “EB” Bowman Davis will be Thursday, March 16, in the House of Peace Worship Church International at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Rhagi White officiating.

Interment will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery with W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home in charge.

Visitation is Wednesday at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m.

Ebonie Shamel “EB” Bowman Davis passed away Thursday, March 9, in her home following a brief illness.  She was 40.

She was a private duty nurse and of the Baptist faith.

She was a 1994 graduate of Vicksburg High School and a 2015 graduate of Belhaven College.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Cornelius Bowman; her son, Timothy John Wesley Bowman Gree; her maternal grandparents, John Wesley and Carrie Sadberry Hodge Jr.; paternal grandparents, William Cornelius and Cleola Bowman Gant.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Davis; her son, Kaleb Savon Davis of Vicksburg;  her two daughters, Kaleesia Shaneese Bowman and Khalia Sintel Bowman-Davis, both of Vicksburg; her mother, Irene Bowman Squir; her brother, Airrington William Bowman of Vicksburg; her two sisters, Airrica Bowman Jackson and Stephanie Alicia Squire, both of Vicksburg; her stepfather, Booby Joe Squire of Vicksburg; her step mother, Mary Lee Bowman; and a step daughter, Aaronana Hearron, both of Vicksburg.
