Donald “Tim” Tedder Welch of Vicksburg passed away Monday, March 6, 2017. He was 59.

A memorial service will be Sunday, March 17, at 2:30 p.m. at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Shane Welch; mother, Estelle Bacon; father, Billy Tedder and J.C. Welch; and brother, Billy Welch.

He is survived by his grandson, Timothy Shane Welch Jr.; and uncle, Red Hambright. 

His family would like to thank many people of Warren County for the acts of kindness shown to Tim.
