Funeral services for Robert Lee Union will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017, at Cool Springs M. B. Church with the Rev. Byron Maxwell officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday 6 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.

Mr. Union passed away Friday, March 17, 2017, at his home following a brief illness.  He was 74.

He was a retired crane operator, and was a member of the Cool Spring M. B Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, R. C. Union; and mother, Ruth Ann Beverly.

He is survived by his daughter, Patricia D. Sims of Vicksburg;  his brother, Sidney Marrion of Vicksburg; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and others.
