Miss Mississippi’s Outstanding Teen finale pushed back

Due to the severity of Sunday’s storms, power outages and some reported damage in the city, officials with the Miss Mississippi’s Outstanding Teen pageant have pushed back the start of Sunday’s finale to 3 p.m.

The finale, which will see the 2017 Miss Mississippi’s Outstanding Teen crowned, held its two preliminary rounds Saturday and was scheduled to begin Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m.
