Bessie M. Walton died Sunday, May 7, 2017, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. She was 88.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 13, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony Brown officiating.

Burial will follow at New Hope Church Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home from 1 to 7 p.m. with family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
