Jeffery Abdul Kareen Muhammad Sanders died May 4, 2017, at Merit Health River Region. He was 53.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Redditt and Gerti Mae Sanders; and one brother, James Earl Sanders.

He is survived by three brothers, Elliott (Kathy) Sanders and Henry Floyd Sanders both of Nashville, Tenn., and Charles (Alisa) Redditt of Vicksburg; one sister, Sharon Sanders of Vicksburg; stepmom, Lillie Ruth Bowman of North Carrollton; aunt, Ivera (C.B.) Kelly of Vicksburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 13, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with Iman Masjid Wali Azia officiating.

Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.
