Albert Prentiss Jr. passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Merit Health River Region. He was 70.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Prentiss; two daughters, Catrina Early and Roneisha (Michael) Euins; two sons, Albert Prentiss III and Marquis Prentiss; five sisters, Estella Moore, Betty Hughes, Alberta Marshall, Queen (Ron) Campbell, all of Aurora, Ill. and Patricia (Alonzo) Anderson of Vicksburg; three brothers, Alexander Prentiss of Los Angles, La., Larry (Connie) Prentiss and Eddie Lee (Vanessa) Prentiss of Vicksburg; and six grandchildren, Albert Prentiss IV, Kennedy, Deante’, Jaylen, Rianna and Ashley.

Services will be Tuesday, June 13, at 11 a.m. at Zion Travelers Church in Vicksburg.

Visitation will be Monday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home from 2 to 7 p.m. with family present from 6 to 7 p.m.

Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
