Randy McClure

Randy McClure passed away June 15, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family. He was 57.

He was born in West Point and had lived in Vicksburg for over 30 years. He graduated from Oak Hill Academy of West Point and the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a degree in Respiratory Therapy. He was a Respiratory Therapist for 29 years beginning at Mercy Hospital, Parkview Hospital and Merit Health-River Region. He attended Triumph Church in Vicksburg. He served in the Army with an honorable discharge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Mary Alice McClure; a brother, Roy McClure; and a sister, Cathy Francis McClure.

His pride and joy was his grandchildren. He loved all Ole Miss Sports.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn McClure of Vicksburg; a son, Michael McClure (Alissa) of Madison; two daughters, Lindsey Bradley (Chase) and Lexie Doyle (Kevin), both of Vicksburg; a sister, Mary Helen Sams (Sandy) of Tupelo; and four grandchildren, Kaylee Doyle, Avery Alexander, Nathan McClure and Elvie Grace Bradley.

Visitation will be Friday, June 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home and 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at Triumph Church.

Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Triumph Church with the Rev. Mike Fields officiating.

Graveside services will be Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at West Point Memorial Gardens in West Point.

Pallbearers will be Michael McClure, Chase Bradley, Kevin Alexander, Keith Burges, Jeff Riggs and David Richards.

Honorary Pallbearers wiil be Dr. Daniel Edney, Dr. Paul Pierce,III, Respiratory Therapy Department of Merit Health-River Region, and the staff of Promise Hospital.
