Reed Lee Moistner died Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at his home in Vicksburg.  He was 80. 

He was a native of Indianapolis, Ind.  He retired from the Indianapolis Police Department at the rank of Lieutenant.  He had been a resident of Vicksburg for the past 19 years.  While living in Vicksburg, he worked as a civil process server.  He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge. 

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Moistner.

A visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 24, at Riles Funeral home.

Services and interment will be at Buck Creek Christian Church Cemetery in Indianapolis, under the direction of Hendryx Mortuary in Cumberland, Ind.
