Funeral services for Yvonne Denise Thomas will be Saturday, July 15 at the Chapel of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Interment shall follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m.

Ms. Thomas passed away on Monday, July 10, at her home. She was 56.  She was a self-employed seamstress and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her son; Robert Thomas of Vicksburg; her two daughters, Kya Thomas and Taquelia Thomas Pendleton, both of Vicksburg; her father Harvey Gary and mother Mattie Johnson Gary, both of Vicksburg; her two brothers, Harvey Gary Jr. and Harvey Funches, both of Vicksburg, and her three sisters, Joanna Hull, Sherry Gary and Frannie Gary Carter, all of Vicksburg; 11 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and others.
