Interested in forming a fantasy football league here?

I can almost feel it coming. That best time of the year where Friday nights, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons have meaning once again.
It is almost football season and I can’t wait until the games start to count. My alma mater, Florida State, returned to the practice fields Tuesday with national title aspirations and a match-up with Alabama looming on the horizon ramping up my excitement.
The return of football season also means the return of one of my favorite pastimes, fantasy football.

I have hit a road bump this year though as I look to find a league. With a move to a new town and a couple of other things falling through, I have found myself to be a man without a league to participate in.
Last year, I played in two including what was supposed to be a long-term dynasty league where out roster’s carried over, but it fell through after one season due to a few logistical issues. Now this year I am just scrambling to find a league to play in.
So this is me, asking you, do you want to play fantasy football?
I will host the league (ESPN is my site of choice) and we can have some fun this football season.
To make a league function, I will need nine to 11 more people who are interested in playing. I am open to PPR (points per reception) or standard league as long as those who play are going to manage their teams and play the season out (I can promise at least a few trade offers will be sent from me during the year).
So how about it? Do you want to join in?
If so, send me an email at email@example.com with your preference of PPR or standard and we can get this thing rolling. First 11 people to send in an email get to play, and if more are interested I am just fine with running and participating in one or two more leagues.
This will be a free league with nothing but bragging rights on the line, but man those bragging rights are worth more than any plastic trophy. The ESPN hosting is seamless if you have never tried it, and we will easily be able to remotely draft from our own couches through the online draft. There is even a smack board during the draft where you can scoff at the picks of your fellow competitors.
Football season is on the horizon and time is running out to jump on the fantasy bandwagon. So drop me a line and we can get this league started and the draft scheduled (most likely for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, but in your email please also list when you will be able to draft).
