Sadie Judge Kimbrew

Sadie Judge Kimbrew, a former Vicksburg resident, passed away on July 23 in Carson, Calif. She was 65.
She was a graduate of California State University She taught business education in the Watts Skill Center, Southwest Community College, Curtiss Junior High School, Freemont High School , Southgate High School and retired from Gardena High School. She was awarded the MetLife Foundation Teacher Ambassador Award. She was a member of the Chamber of Commerce for Carson.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Jeanette Judge Sr., her brother Melvin Judge, Freddy Judge, Clyde Judge Sr., Joe Judge Jr. and a sister Pauline Charles.
She is survived her son Cleveland Carl Palmer, III, her grandson Assad Palmer; two brothers Edward Judge of Hawthorne, Calif. and Kenneth Judge of Jacksonville, Fla.; four sisters Maggie Reece of Douglasville, Ga., Clementine Jones of Saginaw, MI, Rubye Judge of Carson, Calif. and Janice Wildee of Vicksburg, and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and others.
Graveside services are to be held on Friday, Aug. 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.
