Claudia Michelle Brown Maniel died Tuesday, Aug. 1, at her home.

She had worked in the auditing department for Diamond Jack Casino and was a self-employed hair stylist. She was a member of the Unity Temple Church.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Brown.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Maniel of Vicksburg; her daughter, Andrn White of Vicksburg; her father, Wardell Turner of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; her mother, Mary Turner of Vicksburg; her brother, Manny Brown of Greenville; her sisters, LaToya Turner, Rebecca Curtis and Valerie Brown, all of Vicksburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and others.
