PHILADELPHIA, MS — Arlie Dee Tullos of Hot Springs Village, Ark., died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017. She was 92.

She was a native of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of Vicksburg.  She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Vicksburg, where she taught Sunday school, worked in church daycare and was active in Candle Lighters Sunday School Class. She was a resident of Hot Springs Village for the past five years.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Cupstid (George) of Hot Springs Village; sons, Clemit Tullos (Peggy) of Vicksburg and Bobby Tullos (Patricia) of Hot Springs Village; grandchildren, Leigh Ann Gardner (Howard), Susan Williams (Johnny), Chris Tullos (Kelly), Jennifer Townsend (Corwayne), Emily Embry (Don), Lauren Meese (Matt) and Alicia Richmond (Chris); 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Sharon Tullos; parents, Eugene and Mary Ward; sisters, Elma Hicks, Elnor White, Bernice Walls, Imogene Beckham and Earline Bates; and brothers, Curtis Ward and Claud Ward.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Brumfield officiating. 

Burial will follow in Bethsaida Cemetery in Neshoba County. 

Visitation will be held one hour before services at McClain-Hays Funeral Home in Philadelphia.

Pallbearers are Joe Richard Beckham, Chris Tullos, Johnny Hicks, Barry Beckham, Chip Tullos and Jeff Tullos. 

Honorary pallbearers are Franklin Hicks, Thomas Jayroe and the ladies of the Sunday school classes of Immanuel Baptist Church in Vicksburg.
