The Vicksburg Police Department made the following arrests Thursday:
• Thomas Johnson Jr., 63, 14032 Old Highway 18, Hermanville, was arrested Thursday about 10:51 a.m. at the police department on three counts of contempt of court.
• A capias warrant was served on Edward Matthew Dill, 31, 4041 Washington St. Thursday around 1:39 p.m. at the police department
• Patrick Lane Hopkins, 47, 675 Burnt House Road, was arrested Thursday around 5:57 p.m. in the 3500 block of Pemberton Square for shoplifting less than $50 and crimes for other jurisdictions
• Amy Marie White, 49, was arrested Thursday around 5:57 p.m. in the 3500 block of Pemberton Square for possession and sale and methamphetamine
• Lance Michael Richardson, 20, 3250 Grange Hall Road, was arrested Thursday around 5:16 p.m. for a theft from a vehicle of less than $50
• Michael Timothy Blackmore, 45, 591 Dudley Road, was arrested Thursday around 10:59 p.m. for seatbelt violations, driver’s license expired or none and contempt of court
The Vicksburg Police Department responded to the following calls Thursday:
• Disturbance at 1:22 a.m. in the 1100 block of Jefferson Street
• Property Damage at 7:59 a.m. at Washington and Bridge streets
• Malicious Mischief at 6:27 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Frontage Road
• Simple Assault at 11:26 a.m. in the 1700 block of Clay Street
• Petit Larceny at 1:20 p.m. in the 4200 block of Clay Street
• Simple Assault at 3:39 a.m. in the 100 block of Redbone Road
• Simple Assault at 3:56 p.m. in the 2600 block of Togo Street
