A memorial service for Bobby Ray Bowman is to be held on Saturday, Oct. 27, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Williams officiating. Bobby Ray Bowman was 59.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Annie Bowman, and J.D. and Annie Hill Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memories his six sisters, Dorothy Adams of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Diane (James) Lee of Little Rock, Arkansas, Shirley (Earnest) Sanders, Jeanie (Askew) Frazier, Lisa Hill, and Sandra Hill, all of Vicksburg; his four brothers, Ronnie Bowman of Seattle, Washington, J. D. (Hattie) Hill Jr. of Vicksburg, Johnnie Hill of Vicksburg and Michael Hill of Min, Minnesota; and a host of others, including Doris Trapps of Dayton, Ohio, and Betty Mayfield of Vicksburg.
